Client Success & Pipeline Coordinator

We're hiring for an in-office Client Success & Pipeline Coordinator position here in Baton Rouge. This is NOT your typical real estate job and it's NOT a traditional agent role. We're a fast-moving real estate organization with systems, structure, accountability, and a strong team environment. We generate opportunities, our Buyer Specialists work directly with clients, and this role helps keep everything moving behind the scenes and at the front of the pipeline. You'll be: handling inbound opportunities, following up with active buyers, working inside our CRM, helping manage pipeline movement, supporting momentum, and helping our team stay organized and moving fast. This role is best for someone that: communicates well, moves with urgency, likes structure, can multitask, is coachable, stays organized, and wants to grow WITH a team long term.
