Client Support Representative:
Work directly with business clients to support their AT&T Business services, including wireless and connectivity solutions Respond to client inquiries related to accounts, billing, service options, and upgrades Assist businesses in selecting, adjusting, and optimizing their service plans based on their needs Track and document client interactions using CRM tools to maintain accurate records Troubleshoot concerns and escalate more complex technical issues when needed Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service and follow-through Build strong client relationships through consistent, face-to-face and direct communication Stay up to date on AT&T Business products, promotions, and service capabilitiesKey Requirements & Qualifications:
