• 40+/hour (based on experience and ability) Green Holly Arborists is seeking an experienced Secondary Climber / Arborist to support our crew lead on residential and commercial tree work.

This role is for a strong climber who can work independently in the tree, assist with complex rigging operations, and keep production moving on every job. Responsibilities Perform climbing, pruning, and removals with minimal supervision Assist with and execute rigging operations safely and efficiently Operate bucket trucks, chippers, mini skid steers, and other equipment Support ground operations as needed to maintain job flow Follow

safety standards at all times Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity Minimum Requirements 3+ years experience in the tree care industry Proven climbing ability (pruning and removals) Comfortable working independently in the tree Valid driver's license Strong understanding of safe work practices and job site awareness Highly Preferred ISA Certified Arborist (or working toward certification) Experience with rigging and technical removals Experience operating bucket trucks and equipment Experience driving manual transmission trucks (air brakes a plus) CDL (or interest in obtaining one) Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Competitive pay: $30
