Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator to support our Bellevue Internal Medicine and Sammamish Primary Care clinics.Position responsibilities:
Coordinates the administrative activities of the clinic. Assist clinic leadership to ensure the goals of the clinic are met. Serve as a resource person and problem solver for staff and providers. Full-time / 40 hours per week Monday - Friday / 8 hour day shift / Clinic hours Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred. Maintain licensure/certification as appropriate to profession (i.e. MA certification, CPR, etc.) Minimum 3-years experience in a healthcare setting required. Medical Assistant certification highly preferred. Prior experience working in an ambulatory setting preferred. Strong analytical and computer skills required. Interpersonal skills necessary to work with physicians, patients, and staff. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks. Why join Overlake?
