Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to lead and oversee our outpatient clinics within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the expansion of our healthcare services while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Clinic Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance of all outpatient clinics. This role ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality patient care across all locations while aligning operations with North Canyon Network of Care's Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan. The Clinic Director collaborates closely with organizational leaders, providers, and staff to optimize clinical performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing and/or healthcare administration. Master's Degree in business and/or healthcare administration preferred. Medical Office experience required with five (5) years in management preferred. Computer/Software and Electronic Health Record ("EHR") experience required. Ability to travel between multiple work locations. Ability to manage a fast-paced, chaotic work environment. Outstanding public relations/customer service experience. Ability to maintain accuracy with interruptions. Ability to use sound judgement and cope with potentially stressful situations. Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred. Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
