Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)•Urgent Care Job Title Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, care coordination, and clinical support in an outpatient/clinic setting. This role focuses on patient assessment, education, and collaboration with providers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care. This position works at our Northfield Urgent Care Clinic location. Compensation We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is $36.50•51.53. This range reflects the base salary for this position. Key Accountabilities Patient Care & Assessment Perform patient intake, including vital signs, health history, and medication reconciliation Assess patient symptoms and identify potential concerns or changes in condition Assist with minor procedures and treatments as directed by the provider Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per protocol Care Coordination Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient care plans Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and diagnostic testing Communicate test results and provider recommendations to patients Manages medication refill requests to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate continuation of patient care. Patient Education Provide education on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care Reinforce discharge instructions and follow-up care needs Support chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma) Clinical Triage & Communication Respond to patient phone calls and portal messages Gather clinical information and escalate concerns to the provider as needed Follow established protocols to support safe decision-making (does not replace provider-directed care) Documentation & Compliance Accurately document all patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) Maintain compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and nursing standards Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Team Collaboration Work closely with providers, medical assistants, LPNs, and administrative staff Support workflow efficiency and a positive patient experience Participate in staff meetings, training, and process improvement efforts Qualifications Current RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing, in good standing Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification for Health Care Providers (if not current, will need to obtain within the first 6 months) Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English Schedule 28 hours per two-week pay period (0.35 FTE) Every other weekend block schedule:

8:00 AM•8:00PM Saturday:
8:00 AM•4:30PM Sunday:
8:00 AM•4:30 PM OR 16 hours per two-week pay period (0.20 FTE) Every third weekend, coverage may vary depending on where the schedule falls within the block rotation.Friday:
