Role Description We are seeking a high-level Clinical Data Scientist to architect the next generation of our predictive healthcare engine. You will be responsible for the deployment of high-performance models using large-scale, longitudinal clinical data. You have the chance to build the most powerful predictive healthcare modeling with the top hospitals and report to CEO directly.
Qualifications Technical Qualifications:
Advanced Modeling Stack:
Expert-level proficiency in Stacked Ensembles, Gradient Boosting (XGBoost etc.), Random Forests and Survival Modeling/Survival Analysis. •
Clinical Data Architecture:
2+ years of direct experience working with EHR/EMR datasets. Expert fluency in ICD-10, SNOMED-CT, CPT, and
HL7/FHIR
standards.
LLM & NLP
Pipelines:
Experience building RAG pipelines and working with Large Language Models for clinical data extraction and synthesis. •
Explainability & Attribution:
Mastery of SHAP or similar frameworks for model driver attribution and interpretability. •
Data Engineering:
Elite Python and SQL skills with experience in production-grade ETL pipelines and multi-modal data harmonization (Labs, Pharmacy, Procedures, Vitals).
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
2+ years of direct experience in clinical data science or health informatics. •
Education:
M.S. or PhD in Bioinformatics, Clinical Informatics, healthcare data engineeimg from a top university. •
Logistics:
Full-time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), in-person at the Mountain View, CA office (5 days a week).
Compensation:
$3,000 - $5,000/mo starting stipend for the intial project with rapid salary scaling based on performance.
