Job Description Overview The Clinical Development Specialist's primary responsibility is to implement and ensure reliability to Evidence-Based clinical curriculums, provide trauma informed care clinical consultation and to support the clinical development of Arrow staff and clinical integrity of Arrow programs. Recommend and implement strategic changes when needed in the operation's clinical strategy. Design trainings and supports the implementation of strategies to reduce areas of identified risk within programs. Support the implementation of clinical models within programs that align with Arrow's trauma responsive therapeutic strategy. Design trainings and support implementation strategies to develop greater clinical competency throughout programs. Direct implementation and execution of policies and practices throughout the organization. Ensure and maintain licensure of assigned programs in compliance with the Agency and Regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, and regulations specific to the assigned program's licensing entity. Provide support and supervision to employees including supervision for licensure. Implement directives outlining policy, program, or operations changes. Interface with other members of management to revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Provide Arrow Child and Family Ministries executive leadership with appropriate information and recommendations to make necessary decisions for above responsibilities. Identify and address areas of improvement through OI reporting and other avenues and communicate these areas with staff. Maintain and promote a culture of quality though strategic goals, reviewing service delivery in regard to outcomes and customer satisfaction, and staff recognition. Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards. May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training Qualifications Master's degree combined with current professional licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) and minimum of 3 years of related experience in a family or child welfare organization.
