Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient care Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to clinical staff Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and treatment protocols Conduct or support complex patient evaluations and ensure appropriate treatment planning Monitor clinical outcomes and quality assurance metrics Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care delivery Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation standards Support staff training and ongoing professional development Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience required Orthopedic experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment Why Join Us?
