Clinical Floor Manager RN

That is what we are practicing here. We are looking for an experienced RN ready to lead. This is a leadership role - MA oversight, rooming standards, vital sign precision, and clinical floor execution. You will step into a functioning clinical environment, assess existing systems, and raise the standard in collaboration with our physicians and nurse practitioners. The right candidate brings clinical precision and the instinct to evaluate systems and hold a team accountable. Epic EHR experience preferred. Clinical staff management experience is a strong asset.
