What You'll Do Lead & Operate Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative teams Ensure appropriate leadership coverage during all operating hours Drive Quality & Compliance Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Partner with regulatory and accreditation bodies; respond to audits and recommendations Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and EMR workflow completion Build & Develop Your Team Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing clinical and operational staff Ensure team members are trained, supported, and aligned to best practices Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Strengthen Community & Growth Serve as a key liaison with physicians, partners, and the local community Support business development efforts and represent the agency externally Ensure all public-facing materials reflect the VitalCaring brand and standards What Sets You Apart You lead with purpose and accountability, balancing patient care with operational performance You're a relationship builder who can influence both internal teams and external partners You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take initiative without being asked You bring both clinical understanding and business acumen to drive results Qualifications Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Therapist, or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field (preferred) 3-5+ years of healthcare leadership experience (home health or hospice strongly preferred) Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and ensure regulatory compliance Strong communication, leadership, and community engagement skills Must meet all state-specific Administrator requirements and training guidelines Why Choose VitalCaring?
