We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Lab Scientist to join our dynamic team. The Clinical Lab Scientist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and analyzing results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, data analysis, and quality control measures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, tissues, and other bodily fluids 2. Analyze test results and report findings to physicians and healthcare providers 3. Ensure accuracy and precision in all laboratory procedures 4. Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise 5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines at all times 6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care 7. Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field 2. Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 6.
