We are currently seeking a licensed LPCC Therapist who is passionate about supporting clients through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, communication difficulties, and personal growth.

Supportive team culture with team-building events and peer connection opportunities Marketing, admin support, and referrals provided Position Responsibilities Provide individual therapy and couples counseling services Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs Support clients in improving communication, emotional wellness, relationship satisfaction, and coping skills Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while maintaining autonomy in your work Qualifications Active Ohio LPCC license in good standing Master's degree in Counseling or related mental health field Experience working with individuals and couples preferred Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming care Experience with CBT, Gottman Method, EFT, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness approaches is a plus We welcome clinicians who are committed to creating a safe, affirming, and empowering space for all clients.
