A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee operations across two free-standing emergency departments. This leader will provide 24-hour oversight of nursing operations, staff performance, patient care quality, and departmental efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staffing for the Emergency Department Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff Support hiring, onboarding, orientation, and staff development Monitor productivity, scheduling, overtime, and supply utilization Promote patient satisfaction and service excellence Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to coordinate patient care Assist with incident follow-up, chart audits, and operational support
