Job description OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager - MedSurg to lead daily operations and clinical excellence within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This on-site leader oversees MedSurg nursing teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing OhioHealth's mission as a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare network. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Nurse Manager fosters an inclusive, compassionate culture, supports continuous learning and evidence-based practice, and champions staff development and innovation in care delivery.
