PharmD required Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience Current oncology pharmacy experience (hospital or infusion center) Experience with chemotherapy preparation and hazardous drug compounding Pay details for travel:

$1,246.00 Hourly (Taxable up to 40 hrs): $70.00 Overtime Rate (after 40 hours): $105.00
