This contract position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in pharmacy and medication management will directly impact patient care. The facility utilizes advanced IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis, supporting efficient workflows and accurate medication dispensing.

Start:

ASAP Schedule:

4 ten-hour shifts per week Rotating schedule including possible shifts from 6AM-4:30PM, 7AM-5:30PM, or 12:30PM-11PM Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and timely Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring compliance with protocols Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy Apply pharmacokinetic principles in patient care evaluation Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to improve medication management Qualifications /

Desired Experience:
