Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians. Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring. Consult collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Utilize Meditech IT system for managing medication records and workflows.

Qualifications:

Active Oklahoma pharmacist license required. Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
