Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to support inpatient care Utilize Cerner and Pyxis systems to manage medication distribution and patient records efficiently Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy protocols and standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active pharmacy license for Oregon Clinical pharmacist experience, preferably with inpatient care exposure Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records and Pyxis medication management systems Strong communication and teamwork skills
