Clinical Prior Authorization Analyst

• Position Summary
• The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing business analysis and development of analytic solutions supporting the Prior Authorization program.

A successful candidate will develop a solid understanding of Prior Authorization's programs and products and utilize data querying (SQL/Python) and visualization (Tableau) tools to advance business objectives. The Data Analyst will leverage advanced querying expertise and a high degree of attention to detail to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

• Required Qualifications
• + 1 Year experience with data extraction, reporting, and analyzing metrics.

+ 1 year experience with MS Office Products, SAS and/or other analytical tools. + Proficient with SQL and Python. + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau to create dashboards for non-data users. + Ability to effectively communicate and present to management team. + Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience with healthcare or PBM data. + Experience working with cloud data.

• + Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.

00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
