Job Description
Clinical Research Technician Supports clinical trials by performing study procedures, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining participant safety. Key Responsibilities Perform study procedures ( phlebotomy, ECG placement, vital signs, specimen collection, subject positioning) Administer meals and conduct subject bag checks per protocol requirements Verify dosing accuracy with clinical staff Collect, label, process, and transport biological samples Monitor participants and report adverse events Record physical measurements (height, weight, BMI) and study data accurately Maintain compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, and safety regulations (HIPAA, OSHA) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Phlebotomy experience required Clinical research or healthcare experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols in a fast-paced environment Shift Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays. Availability to work 8 hours within the 6am-6 pm window. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Bend, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
