Job Description
Seeking Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Related Masters or Doctoral Level Practitioners:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, licensed clinical specialists. Must have experience with working with PTSD and Trauma. Must also have experience OR interest in learning about attachment wounding, complex childhood trauma, fertility, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ and mainstream relational or atypical relational counseling such as poly and kink exploration. We are a queer led team of clinical specialists who are committed to trauma repair and resolution. We denounce oppression and work closely with marginalized communities to provide the healing space that all people deserve. Our clinicians do their own personal growth work and explore self of the therapist during group consultation and supervision in the practice. A Clinical Specialist will manage a caseload of 20-25 therapy clients and provide ethical therapeutic care to their clients. This includes maintaining documentation standards within the same week of each session, participating in case coordination, receiving supervision, consultation, and continuing education to adhere to best clinical practices. Clinical specialists regularly participate in scheduled team meetings, maintain or work toward clinical licensure, and check in with the Director and Assistant Clinical Director.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to provide at least three full days of live in-person therapy weekly and virtual sessions as needed. Virtual sessions may be conducted in one or both of our offices or in a confidential, well-lit, clean, and therapeutically appropriate virtual environment. Exceptions must be approved by the Director. Must provide at least 2 evenings or some weekend hours. To maintain the practice's clinical integrity and best practices, participate in at least one case consultation group every other week/twice per month and receive Clinical Supervision at least once per month. Provide affirming, ethical, and excellent therapeutic care to clients. Review, understand & follow policies and procedures. Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours. Maintain clinical caseload. Participate in case coordination when and where necessary for the benefit of clients. Maintain confidential, timely, and accurate clinical documentation with notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, and billing. Participate in scheduled team meetings and activities. Check-in with Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director where necessary. Maintain licensure in accordance with guidelines set forth by the state. Thoroughly understand and utilize evidenced-based, psychodynamic and depth interventions that best support our clients towards trauma resolution. Provide therapeutic care within your own professional scope of practice. Utilize trauma resolution therapeutic modalities such as IFS/parts work, EMDR, attachment wound healing, nervous system regulation, polyvagal, or somatic interventions, inner child work, chair work, etc. Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling. Or other training or certification as determined by the Director. Work towards or maintain an active clinical license in good standing with the state board. Interest in being trained on writing blog posts that provide information about clinical interventions, therapy, or otherwise helpful tools that our Marketing Director can share with the virtual community. Interest in participating in professional networking opportunities with the intent to drive referrals. Interest in being trained on and providing multi-day therapeutic intensives for clients. Interest in being trained on and providing KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy).Job Type:
