Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in critical care settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient medication therapy Review and manage medication orders through EPIC electronic medical records Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards in critical care pharmacy practice Support Level 1 trauma cases with precise clinical interventions

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum of one year recent experience as a Critical Care/Clinical Pharmacist with Level 1 trauma exposure PGY-2 residency strongly preferred but not mandatory LA pharmacy license in-hand is required Board certification in pharmacy practice or critical care is advantageous Proficiency with

EPIC EMR
