Registered Nurse (RN) - for both Full Time & PRN Positions As well as LVN's Home Health - Field Position We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home health team.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize OASIS for patient admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges according to physician orders. Effectively manage cases and collaborate with LVNs and HHAs to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Active RN license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience.
