Staff Coordination:

a ssign nursing staff to patients based on patient acuity, nurse experience, and current workload +

Unit Supervision :

m onitor overall operations of the telemetry unit during the shift, ensuring workflow efficiency and patient safety +

Direct Patient Care:

p rovide hands-on care for high-acuity or deteriorating patients when needed, including administering medications and treatments +

Telemetry Monitoring :

i nterpret cardiac telemetry strips, identifies arrhythmias, and initiates appropriate interventions or escalations +

Problem-Solving:

a ct as the go-to person for clinical issues, staff concerns, or resource shortages during the shift Qualifications

EDUCATION , EXPERIENCE , TRAINING 1.

Current and valid Missouri Registered Nurse license. 2. Bachelor Degree in Nursing ( BSN ) preferred. 3. Current Basic Life Support certificate ( BLS ) upon hire and maintain current. 4. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS ) upon hire and maintain current. 5.
