Clerical Support Specialist - Laboratory Setting About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join our laboratory team. This role is essential to keeping our lab running smoothly by managing schedules, handling communications, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. What You'll Do Manage scheduling for phlebotomists Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Maintain accurate records and data using Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, reporting) Provide general clerical and administrative support to lab staff Assist with correspondence, filing, and document organization Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members as needed What We're Looking For Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a laboratory, medical, or healthcare setting is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) Why Join Us Be part of a collaborative laboratory team where your organizational skills directly support important work.
