Clinical Technician Supervisor

Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a Clinical Technician Supervisor to our team—someone who is passionate about patient care and energized by leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, workflow coordination, and maintaining a consistently high standard of patient care. You'll partner closely with hospital leadership while serving as a trusted resource and support system for the team. Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic is an emergency clinic originally formed by local veterinarians in hopes of delivering prompt and conscientious emergency care for patients after hours, on weekends, and during holidays. We are fully equipped and provide state-of-the-art care. All of our doctors and technicians have training and experience in emergency care. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-8:00am, Friday 5:30pm-Monday 8:00am (Open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday). YOU'LL DO

REQUIREMENTS

Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or equivalent) preferred 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting, with advanced clinical and technical skills Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse team Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Comfortable handling client communication, including discussing treatment plans and addressing concerns Proficiency with practice management systems and general computer skills A team-first mindset with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Rarebreed Veterinary Partners is a purpose-driven team that places talent first by supporting professionals to thrive in our industry and empowering hospital teams to provide exceptional care for pets and their owners.
