Who You Are:

An individual who has earned a master's degree and is license eligible as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Prior experience working with youth and families, including youth struggling with mental health and behavioral challenges. In addition, the candidate will have a flexible schedule. Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be organized and have strong documentation and clinical writing skills. Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models preferred.

What You Will Do:

The Clinician is part of a specialty multi-disciplinary team including a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Therapeutic Support Specialist, Behavior Monitor, and a Peer Mentor. Responsibilities include engaging the youth and family in the intake process, completing all required assessments, updating as needed, and completing treatments plans in conjunction with youth and family. Provide clinical guidance to team as well as guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals. Engage in on-going safety assessment and planning, care coordination, and be part of the on-call rotation for Children's Mental Health Services.
