• Full-time Bonnie Brae, a Special Education School and Residential Treatment Facility for at risk youth, is currently seeking a full time Clinician to work in our residential treatment program serving youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.

The Clinician will be responsible for preparing psychosocial assessments of individuals and families as well as serving as primary therapist in providing treatment. Lead individual, family and/or focused group therapy. Present cases for review at staff meetings and inter-agency staffing. Work within a theoretical orientation in a multidiscipline team approach. The Clinician will also be required to work evening hours. A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT required. Two years post Masters experience with adolescents and families very desirable. For Clinicians that have a LSW or LAC license, we support you as you work toward full licensure (LCSW or LPC). We provide certified clinical licensure supervision.

Candidate will possess the following:

Education/License Requirements:

Masters in Social Work or Counseling required. LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT license required. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

Valid Driver's license

• not currently suspended or suspended over the last three years due to accidents or moving violations.

Two years post Masters specialized institute training desirable. Two years residential treatment experience desirable. LCSW, LPC or LMFT should have: LCADC/CADC or at least 1 year of substance use treatment experience with youth.

LSW or LAC should have:

LCADC/CADC or at least 2 years of substance use treatment experience with youth. Integrated mental health and substance use assessment. Experience focused on reducing substance use behaviors. Evening hours required as dictated by program needs. One weekend per month required.
