As a Closing Team Member, you'll help prepare the restaurant for the next business day by completing nightly cleaning tasks, handling customer service during evening hours, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring all closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently. Duties Complete nightly closing procedures and prepare the restaurant for the next day's operations Safely handle food preparation, cleaning, sanitation, and food safety responsibilities Operate POS systems and accurately manage cash handling and sales transactions Assist customers with friendly and professional service during evening hours Restock supplies, clean workstations, and maintain dining room cleanliness Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and closing reports Follow all company sanitation and safety standards consistently Support the team with additional closing tasks as needed Qualifications Evening and closing shift availability is strongly preferred Previous restaurant, fast food, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Strong time management and reliability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash handling skills Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
