Clothing Photographer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and self motivated Part-time Clothing Photographer for our online resale store. This position is perfect as a consistent side gig for an experienced photographer, or for someone looking to gain experience. This role involves capturing high-quality images of clothing items for resale purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photography techniques and a keen eye for detail. You should be self-motivated as you will be working by yourself. The light set up is at our home in Bluffdale. You can listen to a podcast, music or whatever you like while you work! Preferably, your schedule allows working hours between 9am - 3pm. We prefer someone to work 4-5 hour shifts, 2-3 days a week. You must be able to commute to Bluffdale. This is a contract position. Duties Capture high-quality photographs of clothing items in various settings and lighting conditions. Manage color and format accuracy and consistency with all photos to keep a cohesive look for our current listings. Pack clothing items into inventory storage bags. Must be able to lift 20-30 lb. boxes. Add photographed items to the inventory system. Requirements Experience capturing images with an iphone, and using apps for white balance, etc. High level of detail - you will need to look for and point out flaws in items, tags, etc. Ability to lift 20-30 lb boxes Consistent hours each week (while we are flexible with hours, we need someone reliable and consistent on weekdays between 9am - 3pm) Must commute to

Bluffdale Interview Process:

Begin with a call to meet us as well as run through the process of taking the photos and all that entails. Hands on training for 2-4 hours The first three days you work will still be considered training as we most likely will need to fix photos and provide feedback while you're still learning. •Starting rate for training is $12 per hour. Base rate once training is complete is $1.33 per item photographed. (15 items per hour = $20 per hour. 20 items per hour = $26.60 per hour, etc.)
