Availability:
Availability is required for evening shifts Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays as needed. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented individual who wants to join a company that values a culture of caring! General Responsibilities Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed. Take reservation requests and enter them into the POS system. Handle food-to-go orders and ensure they are ready for pick-up. Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables. Clean and maintain all menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), updating them as necessary. Assist management and service staff as needed. Keep the reception and host desk clean and orderly. Assist in expediting food and drink orders as necessary. Requirements Desired Skills and Experiences Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role. Minimum one year of experience as a host. Excellent English communication skills. Professional Standards & Appearance Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with an upscale, guest-facing nightclub environment Adhere to the venue's dress code, which may include designated uniforms, cocktail attire, or specified wardrobe guidelines Maintain personal grooming and hygiene consistent with hospitality service standards Hair should be neat, clean, and styled in a manner that does not interfere with job duties or guest service Tattoos should be covered where required by operational standards, subject to applicable accommodations Facial piercings should be minimal in visibility and consistent with workplace appearance guidelines Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions so this job.   • Ability to sit, stand, walk, hear and talk for extended periods.
