The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the highest standard of customer service to the members and guests at the Peru Municipal Golf Course. The Clubhouse Attendant will assist with providing members and guests with a positive overall experience during their visit and ensure that all clubhouse facilities are well looked after. • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse facilities
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and activities
• Provide information about clubhouse amenities and services
• Monitor usage of equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Enforce facility rules, safety regulations, and course etiquette; address guest concerns and complaints promptly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor and restock supplies and report inventory needs
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Support special events and programs hosted at the clubhouse Clubhouse Attendant Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Applicant must be over the age of 21 and willing to obtain Indiana Liquor License within 3 days of employment offer or currently have a valid license.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Pay:

$10.00 - $13.50 per hour
