This role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented professionals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a resort setting. You will oversee daily management, coordinate events, and ensure smooth service delivery, creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service. Your leadership will drive team success, foster a welcoming environment, and uphold the resort's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and concessions facilities, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction Oversee management, including scheduling, setup, execution, and cleanup to deliver seamless experiences Lead and motivate staff by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on exceptional customer service and guest services Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and maintaining financial records Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure quality standards are met Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards in all areas of operation to provide a safe and inviting environment for guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, or resort operations with a strong focus on customer service Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices for concessions and clubhouse operations Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high service standards under pressure Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as needed Join us to create unforgettable experiences in a lively resort atmosphere!
