Friday through Sunday, 10:00AM - 7:00PM Job Summary This is a part-time, seasonal position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and functionality of the outdoor clubhouse restroom facilities and surrounding patio area during the summer season. The Clubhouse Janitorial Attendant will ensure restrooms remain clean, stocked and presentable throughout operating hours while also assisting with light outdoor upkeep of the immediate surrounding area. This position is expected to begin around Memorial Day and continue through September. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Unlock and open outdoor restroom facilities at the beginning of each scheduled shift. Monitor restroom facilities regularly throughout the shift to ensure cleanliness, safety and proper operation. Clean and sanitize restroom facilities throughout the day as needed and complete a thorough cleaning at the end of each shift. Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis as directed by management. Restock restroom supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other janitorial materials. Report maintenance concerns, damages, plumbing issues, vandalism, or safety concerns to management promptly. Sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the patio and immediate exterior areas surrounding the restroom facilities. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the downstairs clubhouse restrooms and community area, including periodic vacuuming and cleanup of sand, dirt and debris tracked into the building. Pick up litter and assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the clubhouse and surrounding common areas. Empty trash cans in the picnic areas as needed into the nearby dumpster to prevent overflow and maintain cleanliness of common areas. Ensure restrooms are properly tidied and locked at the end of each shift. Additional Requirements Perform other duties as directed by Management. Maintain flexibility as job duties and schedules may shift due to weather, special events, or operational needs. Provide courteous and professional interaction with members, guests and staff. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be 18 years or older to apply. Work Environment/Physical Requirements Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and humidity. Position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning activities. Position may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and janitorial supplies. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Dependable and self-motivated with strong work ethic. Ability to maintain professional and courteous interaction with members and guests. Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
