CNA - Certified Nursing Aide

Whitney Nursing and Rehabilitation is an 88-bed facility built for efficiency. We prioritize scheduling reliability and a logical floor plan to support our nursing team. Our operations focus on steady shift flow and clear communication. We are currently seeking dependable CNAs to join our Whitney team.

Pay, Schedule and Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at $17/hour

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am). Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.

Qualifications Certification:

Active Texas CNA Certification.

Background Check:

Must pass a criminal background check.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.

Expectation:

Availability for rotating weekends is required for this role. Responsibilities Execute direct resident care tasks with precision and consistency. Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record. Support mobility and daily living activities for high-acuity residents. Identify and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse immediately. Ensure supplies are utilized efficiently and bedside areas remain compliant. Atmosphere and Environment Our facility at 101 S San Marcos St is designed to minimize wasted movement. With 88 beds, the layout ensures you are never too far from your residents or your supplies.
