Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transferring using proper techniques. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Record vital signs, intake/output, and other observations accurately and promptly Foster a caring and respectful relationship with residents and their families. Collaborate with LPNs, RNs, and other staff to ensure consistent and high-quality care. Uphold resident dignity, independence, and rights in all interactions. Qualifications of the

CNA:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Missouri Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Dependable with strong attention to detail and time management skills Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
