Position Overview:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct personal care and assistance to residents in accordance with individual care plans, agency policies, and Georgia state regulations. This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to supporting residents' daily living activities in a comfortable, home-like setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.). Monitor and promptly report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor or nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. Accurately document care and services provided. Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures in accordance with Georgia health regulations.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia (required). Previous experience in a personal care home, assisted living, or home health setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule:

Full-time Weekends and holidays as needed.
