CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Night Shift

Azalea Gardens Nursing Center is looking a kind, compassionate CNA to join our team. The primary role of a CNA is to assist our residents with all aspects of their daily care. Our CNAs work directly with our residents and their families to provide high-quality person-centered care.

Our ideal candidate would possess:

Valid MS Nurse Aide Certification (required) Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Providing care to residents according to their established plan of care. Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including: personal care and dressing. Record all care provided in electronic health record. Ensure resident personal care needs are meaning met in accordance with his/her wishes Participate in development and updating of resident care plans Communicate with family members, coworkers, and supervisors to ensure consistent, quality care is provided at all times.
