CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team and help enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Position Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a safe and caring environment. You will work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide high-quality care while promoting dignity and independence for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' health conditions to nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report observations to supervisors. Ensure residents' living spaces are clean and comfortable. Follow all infection control and safety procedures. Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification in South Dakota. Experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
