Position:

CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $7,500 Sign-on Bonus We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medical treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services

Requirements:

Current CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Effective communication and interpersonal skills Why Work with
