Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate caregiving to residents during weekends and weekdays, assisting with daily routines and ensuring comfort and safety. Support activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and meal preparation. Monitor health status, observe for changes, and communicate any concerns to supervisors; maintain accurate notes and records. Assist with medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a safe living environment. Follow care plans, maintain dignity and privacy, and promote independence through respectful, person-centered care. Why Solutions In-Home Care?
