Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Cerified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Assistants, that have experience in Behavioral Health, to provide essential support to individuals who are in need of assistance with their daily living activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients while maintaining their dignity and independence. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, medical knowledge, and attention to detail dealing with minor behavioral health issues. Duties Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Monitor and document clients' health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans based on individual needs. Educate clients and their families about health management and wellness practices. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and knowledge: Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical documentation practices. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection. Prior experience working alongside nurses or healthcare professionals is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
