In this role, you will perform the setup and operation of CNC grinding machines in order to complete overhaul and repair services on jet engine components within the aerospace industry. The ideal CNC Grinding Machinist candidate will possess the following skills: Set up and operate complex ID/OD and/or CNC grinding jobs with minimal supervision ensuring parts conform to exact specifications and requirements Verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments such as micrometers, depth gauges, dial calipers, etc. Work from established practices and overhaul manual instructions 5+ years of experience in an overhaul & repair or high precision manufacturing environment is ideal 3+ years of experience operating ID/OD and/or CNC grinding machines •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
