Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate centerless (in-feed/thru-feed) and OD grinding machines to meet tight tolerances Interpret complex technical drawings and ensure parts meet engineering and customer specifications Perform inspections using metrology tools to verify critical dimensions and surface finishes Troubleshoot equipment and processes while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in centerless grinding or CNC precision machining (medical or regulated industry preferred) Ability to read technical drawings with strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude Familiarity with GMP, documentation protocols, and quality inspection tools Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated environments Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization Pay Rate Range 28-32 per hour Call to Action Ready to make an impact in a precision-driven, life-saving industry?
