Job Title:
CNC Grinding Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Grinding Technician to join our production floor, specializing in high-level CNC grinding set-up and operation. Our company collaborates with various industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, and Military, utilizing a diverse range of CNC grinding machines from renowned brands. Responsibilities Perform 1-2 CNC grinding set-ups per day. Adjust and edit CNC programs based on production needs using Fanuc Controllers. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise grinding operations. Balance grinding equipment to maintain optimal performance. Essential Skills 2-3 years of CNC grinding experience. Proficiency in program adjustments using Fanuc Controllers. Strong blueprint reading skills. Balancing experience for grinding equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Candidates with 2-3 years of CNC experience interested in specializing in grinding. Experience with OD/ID grinding, machining, and machine operation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington Heights, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
