• Full-time 49 year aerospace/commercial manufacturing company located in Cypress seeks highly skilled and experienced CNC mill and lathe machinists (DMG/Mori-Seiki experience preferred) for our 1st and 2nd shifts (3:30 pm
• 2 am). Our 2nd shift is designed as a 4 day workweek although overtime is available. 2nd shift also has 2nd shift pay differential. Overtime each week estimated at a minimum of 5 hours. Qualified candidates must be able to:
• set up and operate jobs using various types of fixtures
• acquire consumable tools using our on-site tool system
• read and interpret blueprints
• utilize online ERP software to follow job planning, input inspection dimensions, add pertinent job notes
• inspect work performed Ideal candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
• minimum 8 years experience in a job shop environment
• utilize online ERP software (ProShop)
• experience with running parts from castings
• good communication skills
• experience and willingness to follow AS9100 standards in daily work activities
• maintain housekeeping within your work area and work well within a team environment
• reliability and punctuality
