JOB Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe

MACHINIST

to join our team at Industrial Maintenance Company, LLC. This position is crucial for producing precision components that meet stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. IMC offers TOP PAY. Rate will be based on experience .

Duties:

• Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
• Program machines using CAD/CAM software
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy
• Fabricate parts according to specifications
• Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances
• Maintain machines and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Lathe MACHINIST or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of machining processes and CNC programming. Familiarity with quality control standards and precision measuring instruments. Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files accurately. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Skills

• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming machines
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
• Knowledge of GIBBS CAM and/or Haas programming is a plus Qualified candidates should have their own tools or participate in Company Tool Program.

Be able to make parts from prints with little to no supervision. Must utilize proper and safe machining methods. The IDEAL Candidate will have 5+ years' experience with a
