Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes and turning centers Interpret blueprints and technical drawings Modify and optimize programs at the machine Perform first article and in-process inspections Conduct routine maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting Ensure high-quality production standards are met

Qualifications:

Machining AA Degree OR 2+ years of CNC Lathe experience required Strong blueprint reading skills Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Knowledge of machining principles, materials, and shop math Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and within a team environment
