CNC Lathe Operator

Gemini Valve, a privately held, family owned manufacturer of ball valves and valve accessories, is seeking to add a team member for the CNC Machine Operator role in one of our lathe departments. • Operating CNC lathes and other auxiliary equipment to produce components to blueprint specifications
• Performing post-machining operations such as deburring, filing, and sanding
• Checking components for conformity based on a pre-defined inspection plan by usage of gauging equipment
• Maintaining a neat and clean machine and work area
• Recording and reporting daily production figures to our ERP system, Acumatica
• Observing and maintaining basic machine maintenance and input levels
• Recognizing deviations in components and in machine performance, reporting to the Cell Lead
• Demonstrating dependable, reliable, safe work Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of CNC Lathe Machining required
• Ideal candidates have CNC Milling experience as well
• Experience with measuring tools (dial calipers, micrometers, indicators)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
